This assessment forms the foundation for individualised therapy planning and can be shared with other professionals involved in your child’s care.

For NDIS participants, assessments such as Functional Capacity Assessments can be completed to support NDIS funding requests, change of plans or to support the development of a new NDIS plan. A comprehensive therapy report is provided as part of this assessment.
